How is the price for transportation calculated?

The price depends on the pick-up and drop-off location. Also, your preferred type of car (comfort sedan, comfort van or business sedan) will affect the price.  For the most frequent destination you can find the rates on our website. For any other price enquiries you can always contact us.  The prices shown are always per vehicle and include VAT, fees & tip.

Do you offer child seats?

Yes, child seats or booster seats are part of our service. Please contact us to inform us how many and which child seats you need.

Are the prices shown per person or per vehicle?

The prices shown are always per vehicle and include VAT, fees & tip. The maximum number of passengers and bags, which can comfortably fit in each vehicle is shown under each car class. The number of passengers does not affect the price.

How do I book a trip?

Please use the online booking form on our website. This way we can be certain that we have all necessary details for your trip. When booking through our website, an confirmation e-mail will be send to you the same day to confirm your booking.

If you do want to make a booking by e-mail, don't forget to send us the following details:

  • name and contact details (phone, e-mail)
  • number of persons 
  • date of the trip
  • pick-up and drop-off location
  • flight details (flightnumber, origin)
  • preferred type of car (comfort sedan, comfort van or business sedan
How can I pay?

There is no pre-payment required, you can pay directly to the driver in cash or by creditcard.
We accept all Visa, V Pay, Mastercard and Maestro Debit and Credit cards as well as American Express.

If you do wish to pay in advance, you can pay by bank transfer before the date of the trip. Our banking details:

Where can I find the driver in the airport?

Your driver will greet you with a clearly visible name board as you enter the arrival hall.

For Brussels airport:
In the arrival hall, on your right hand side, close to the 'Java Coffee Bar'.

For Brussels-Midi station:
At 'Sam's Cafe' in the central hall.

For Brussels South Charleroi Airport:
In the arrival hall, on your right hand side, in the direction of Exit 4 at the 'currency exchange office'.

What if my flight is delayed?

We constantly monitor all flight on the internet, to see if your flight is arriving on time. In case of extreme delay (+3hrs) or if your flight has been cancelled or changed, you have to contact us. If not, we will charge you a fixed fee of €125,00 for this.

How can I contact Drivery from abroad?

You can always contact us by e-mail or by phone (+32 470 59 68 57).

Does Drivery provide shuttle service from the Bruges train station?

No, unfortunately the Belgian law does not allow us to do such short transfers. Those short transfers are only allowed for Bruges city taxis.

What is Drivery's cancellation policy?

Cancellation is free of charge if there is more than 24 hour left before the agreed pickup time. If there is 24 hour or less before the agreed pickup time, the total price of the transfer must be paid.
